Guidelines

This will allow you to:

a) Verify/convert your paper using PDF eXpress
b) Submit your paper's copyright
c) Submit your final paper

You will need to create an account before you can access the author kit.

Once you have created an account, log in and click through the left column of tabs to view information on:

a) paper page limits
b) submission deadlines
c) formatting
d) PDF eXpress paper validation and PDF file creation
e) For PDF eXpress, use Conference ID# 49503

To access the copyright and paper submission process, click "Next" at the top right of the screen.

Paper submissions

Papers must be submitted electronically using the EasyChair conference management system at:

https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cbms2020

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by three reviewers of the Program Committee. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings and will be published by IEEE. Publication in proceedings is conditioned to the registration and presentation of the paper at the conference by one of their authors. If the paper is not presented at the conference it will not be included in the proceedings.

Regular (full) papers

Each contribution must be prepared following the IEEE two-column format, and should not exceed the length of 6 (six) Letter-sized pages; the authors may use LaTeX or Microsoft Word templates when preparing their manuscripts.

Short papers
